Getting A Taste of The World 

CarolAnn was born in Washington State and raised in Edmonton, Canada, where, at a young ageby her mother’s side, she developed her cooking skills. The city’s ethnic diversity introduced her to international fare and influenced her sharp palette. She frequently visited the surrounding bucolic farms which literally fed her fascination for the subtleties of flavors and textures she still applies to her craft today.

Carolann was such a natural, that at the early age of twelve she was getting paid to cook for those who had heard of her adroitness applied with the diverse cuisine her mother exposed her to. In 2008 she moved to Italy for five years and studied Mediterranean cuisine which led to her almost fluent Italian.
